Please run ldap_auth.pl from the command line and share the output with us</p> <p>WIndows:<br> ldap_auth.pl --server 10.68.67.120 --user A_USER --password A_PASSWORD</p> <p>2. Please zip and attach the file <TRAVERSE_HOME>\plugin\auth\ldap_auth.pl</p> <p>3. Please zip and attach the file <TRAVERSE_HOME>\etc\emerald.xml </p> <p>4. Share a screenshot with the configuration on the LDAP server</p> <p>Do not attach any information here.
