Traverse: Cannot re-install DGE / DGE extension - Connect IT Community | Kaseya

Optionally reboot the computer <br>2. Check Traverse is not listed under "Programs and Features" <br>3. Move any older folders (specified at the time of prior installation) to another location (e.g. c:\temp) <br>4. From File Explorer, navigate to 'C:\Program Files (x86)'<br>5. Make sure hidden files are showing (<a rel="nofollow" href="/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.microsoft.com%2Fen-us%2Fhelp%2F14201%2Fwindows-show-hidden-files">Show hidden files</a> - attribution Microsoft) <br>6.
