<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>QUESTION </strong></p> <p>I am trying to scan my network using Kaseya Discovery but the LAN Watch Deployment procedure fails with error No Managed File, no content found.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ANSWER</strong> <br>It appears the Kaseya Server is missing this folder.</p> <p>Please unzip the attached file and place it in the location indicated in the error message:</p> <p><Kaseya Server install letter>:\Kaseya\WebPages\ManagedFiles\vsahiddenfiles\LanWatch</p> <p>where <Kaseya Server install letter> is the drive letter where your Kaseya Server is installed, e.g. <em>C:</em></p> <p> </p> <p>If you have a resident anti-virus scanner, please add this folder to the local resident scanning exclusion.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>APPLIES TO</strong> <br>VSA 6.5, 7.0</p> </article> </main>
