How do I fix this?<br><br>The URL responds OK when typed directly into a web browser.</p> <h3 data-id="answer"><strong>ANSWER</strong></h3> <p>The agent did not have HTTP access to the Kaseya server.<br><br>The agent menu needs to first browse to the Kaseya server, then get re-directed to the custom URL.</p> <p>For the custom URL to work, the Kaseya server needs to be available over HTTP or HTTPS from the agent.</p> <h3 data-id="applies-to"><strong>Applies To</strong></h3> <p>Kaseya Server / Agent (all versions)</p> </div> </div> </article> </main>
