Am I missing something here?</p> <p><strong>ANSWER</strong></p> <p>Ensure that the SMS text messaging features on the phone are activated and properly receive text messages.</p> <p> </p> <p>From here, there are particular cases encountered in which adding text messages are delayed and/or not sent. If this looks to be the case for you, raise a support request here noting the following:</p> <p>- Device Hardware & OS type (ie.: iPhone 4 w/ iOS 4.3.5, Droid Bionic w/ Android v3.2 Honeycomb, etc...)</p> <p>- Device Carrier (ie.: AT&T, Verizon, O2, etc...)</p> <p>- Phone number the text message is to send to</p> </article> </main>
