<main> <article class="userContent"> <p> </p> <h3 data-id="question"><strong>QUESTION</strong></h3> <p><br>How do I troubleshoot KLC/Desktop Access issues on a Mac?<br><br></p> <h3 data-id="answer"><strong>ANSWER</strong></h3> <p><br>You need to have Admin rights on the Mac to be able to download and install the correct plug-ins as you will be prompted for your admin login credentials during the install.</p> <p><br>When you are trying to use Desktop Access/Live Connect on a Mac for the first time you will be prompted to download the liveconnect.dmg file.</p> <p> </p> <p>You need to download and run this file to install the internet plug-ins for Firefox and Safari.
