<main> <article class="userContent"> <p> </p> <h3 data-id="question"><strong>QUESTION</strong></h3> <p>How do I force an agent to be offline without deleting it?</p> <p> </p> <h3 data-id="answer"><strong>ANSWER</strong></h3> <p>If you want to force an agent offline without deleting the account, use the Agent > Install Agents > Delete function and select the "Uninstall the agent and keep the account" option.</p> <p> </p> <p>Alternatively, use Agent > Configure Agents > Suspend to disable all operations and make the agent appear offline to the end user.<br><br>Note: It is not possible to force an agent offline by giving it an invalid check-in address.
