Navigate to My Profile > Preferences > Service Desk Experience > New view to enable the new ticketing interface. </p> <p><strong>Deep links</strong></p> <p><strong> Deep-link Contracts</strong>: Users can easily access the contract information of a ticket by clicking on the Contract deep link. When the deep link is clicked a new tab with the Contract details will be presented.</p> <p><strong>Enhancements</strong></p> <ul><li>The <strong>Resolve</strong> button is available for a 1-click ticket closure.</li> <li>The <strong>Company phone</strong> field is added under the Account field, to populate phone numbers.</li> <li>Visual enhancements for the ticket <strong>side panel</strong>.
