Why?</p> <p>Why is the tax rate for Kaseya Cloud purchases?</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ANSWER</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Depending on your location, different tax rates may apply. The following tax rates were introduced on 1-Jan-14:</p> <p> </p> <ul><li>Irish customers are invoiced from Kaseya Limited: must pay VAT @ 23%</li> <li>UK customers are invoiced from Kaseya International (UK) Limited: must pay VAT @ 20%</li> <li>German customers are invoiced from Kaseya International Deutschland GmbH: must pay VAT @ 19%</li> <li>Dutch customers are invoiced from Kaseya BV: must pay VAT @ 21%</li> <li>US customers are invoiced from Kaseya US Sales: The tax depends on the local state regulations.</li> <li>EU customers outside Ireland, UK, Germany and the Netherlands will be invoiced from Kaseya Limited and may be charged 23% if they do not provide a valid VAT number.</li> </ul> </article> </main>
