HTTP Error 400.10 - Bad Request upon login to the VSA / running schema: dbo.earlyLogonInsurance.sql - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Problem: </strong>When trying to log in to the VSA, it gives the following error: "HTTP Error 400.10 - Bad Request" - as well as a failing reapply schema on the KServer:</p> <p><img src="/attachments/token/CIlIeCBDBIU68X0xdvrD4C7tT/?name=001432.png" width="728" height="387" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><img src="/attachments/token/dUQXsVRssZhXEU7R1XxbkkC2W/?name=001431.png" width="724" height="274" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><strong>Cause: </strong>It is because of the corrupt file "<em>applicationHost.config</em>" located here: "C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config". </p> <p><strong>Resolution: </strong>Follow below steps to resolve the issue:</p> <p>1) Delete/Rename the file "<em>applicationHost.config</em>" located in directory "C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config" on your Kaseya Server</p> <p>2) Download the attached file and place it there</p> <p>3) Run a re-apply schema</p> <p>4) Confirm if the issue is resolved.</p> </article> </main>
