However, this release does not change current VSA authentication methods - existing authentication methods will continue to work with 9.5.4.2149. The IT Complete SSO feature will NOT be available for use until a later date.</h3> <p>For more information on IT Complete Single Sign-On Integration feature, see <a href="/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=http%3A%2F%2Fhelp.kaseya.com%2Fwebhelp%2FEN%2FVSA%2F9050000%2F%23522.htm" rel="noopener nofollow">Logon Policy</a> topic.</p> <p><strong>To register on On-Premise VSA per multiple VSA servers or with multiple K1 companies</strong>, a <strong>tenant System user</strong> must authenticate to IT Complete with a prompt to complete the Kaseya One authentication process:</p> <ol><li> <ol><li>Log in as a System user;</li> <li>Navigate to System > Server Management > <strong>Logon Policy</strong> page;<br><img src="https://helpdesk.kaseya.com/hc/article_attachments/360018154278/K1SSO1.bmp" alt="K1SSO1.bmp" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></li> <li>Click the <strong>Authenticate with IT Complete</strong> button. data-id="k1-integration">K1 Integration</h3> <ul><li>Fixed K1 SSO issue: <ul><li>The "Login with IT Complete" button was displayed on the login page when the K1 SSO feature was not set up on the
