VSA Remote Control (KRC)

Remote control disabled from agent menu - can it be re-enabled by VSA user?

remote control to an agent is disabled
is there any way for Kaseya VSA user to re-enable it?

Answer

no, the only place that remote control can be enabled or disabled is the Kaseya Agent system tray menu on the managed machine
the option to disable remote control can be removed from the agent menu using Agent > Configure Agents > Agent Menu page, but this will not re-enable remote control if already disabled
