Hello! In this article, we will learn how to create a Training Course. The training course will be used to train users based on the SMB’s goals.
Prerequisites
- You must be one of the following users: Privileged user, partner admin, partner agent, the internal user.
- You can upload videos manually on the portal, and it has a limitation of 50000000 (50 MB) bytes. The application accepts any video formats recognized as mime-type video/*.
From your dashboard page, click on training & awareness on the left navigation bar that will guide you to the training course page.

On the training course page, you will be able to view all your created courses with the title, the partner it is under, and the last update, along with actions of editing your course, deleting a course, and viewing the course in detail.
For this tutorial, let us create a course on the page's top right corner by clicking on the +Add Training Course button.

To create a course, initially, you will need to fill in the required information. In the General Information Tab, you will need to provide a Course Name; you will also need to select a specified organization for whom the course is for, along with selecting a language you would like to share the course in. Later, move the active button to yes so the course can be used!

Now, in the Content Tab, you can enter a Text Description of the course and a drop-down to add more content items. In the content items tab, you can add more Text and an Audio or a Video file. We are accepting any video formats recognized as mime-type video/*.
The last option is to Add Vimeo, where we allow you to add a URL of a video available on Vimeo. Vimeo is a video platform built to host and provide full high-definition videos.

Here, I will select the “add Vimeo” option, where you can add the Vimeo video URL.
Next, we will look at the Quiz Tab. You will need six questions where Yes is a True and No is a False statement. The first question title is the header for your question rubric.

In the first question header, I will add Test your knowledge. In the second question header, will be the questions asked for users to answer. Another thing to note is the Tooltips and Rationale. Tooltips can be used as tips for users to answer a question, and Rationale can be used as a follow-up to an answer having an explanation. Once all questions are completed, you can verify everything has been completed and save your course!
