Your Targets are your Users (Campaign Users). From the navigation bar or directly from a selected group, you can manage your Targets. There are two ways to add new Targets to your selected group: "Add New Target" or "Import Targets."
Note:
-
- Modifications to a group will not affect the campaigns that are in the "In Progress" state because group information is synced right before a campaign is processed. Changes made to a group will reflect in new or scheduled campaigns.
-
The statuses listed below are considered as in the 'In Progress' state:
- "Processing," "Sending Emails," and "Running Campaign Statuses."

Add Target
1. To begin sending out BullPhish ID campaigns, individuals are called targets. To add targets, click "Targets and Groups">"Targets" from the side navigation bar.
This page allows you to manually enter targets or import them en masse via a .csv file. Download and edit the CSV Import Template, then re-upload the file to import.
Note: Check out the following guides to learn more about the Export & Import buttons.

Fill in add target details and click "Add."

Once a target is created, you can see a success message at the bottom of the page.

You can now enable or disable active targets on the targets page.
Note: Deactivated targets will no longer have access to the training portal and will not be able to participate in the scheduled campaigns.
1. You can deactivate one or more targets by selecting the checkbox next to it and clicking Deactivate.

The following modal window appears on the screen to remind a user about the action.

2. Once you click Confirm button, the selected list of targets gets deactivated successfully.

Activate Targets: Once you deactivate targets, you can still inactive them using the Active action button.
1. Select the list of inactive targets and click Active.

2. Targets can be added to groups(s) upon activation.

Targets with deactivated statuses on BullPhish ID will remain deactivated after active directory sync. They will not participate in phishing or Training campaigns until that target has been reactivated.
This change will affect the following areas of the product:
- Deactivated targets cannot be added to a group.
- Deactivated targets will no longer have access to the Training Portal.
- Deactivated Targets will not participate in either Phishing or Training campaigns.
- When a deactivated user attempts to view a Phishing Kit landing page, they will be redirected to another page with this message:
