Whether you imported a customer from your PSA or perhaps had a typo when creating a customer, this article describes how to make a change to the customer name inside of RocketCyber. Navigate to "All Customers" from the left-hand nav and Select "Switch" to go in context as the customer. Now that we are in context as the MSP 101 customer, we can either Delete the customer or Modify the spelling by Navigating to Customer Settings in the top right-hand corner. To Change the Name, edit the spelling and scroll down and click Save. To Delete the Customer, click Delete Customer.
