Configuring the Passly App - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="this-article-walks-through-the-configuration-of-the-passly-monitoring-app">This article walks through the configuration of the Passly monitoring app.</h2> <h3 data-id="overview">Overview</h3> <p>The Passly App is designed to monitor log data from the Passly dashboard. It is designed to operate across all tenants within your Passly dashboard. This means that you will not have to authenticate the app to each customer within the RocketCyber console.</p> <h3 data-id="how-to-set-up">How to Set Up</h3> <p>1. Log in to the RocketCyber SOC console, navigate to integrations and select MFA, then Passly. The 3 pieces of information needed for this integration are: </p> <p>a. Your Passly <strong>Domain</strong></p> <p>b. Your Passly App <strong>ID</strong></p> <p>c. To find the above information, login to your Passly console and make sure you are in context as your MSP (top-level account).</p> <p>a. <strong>Navigate</strong> to <strong>Auth Manager</strong></p> <p>b. <strong>Click</strong> Agents/Clients</p> <p>c. Copy the ID + Key, as you will need to enter it in the RocketCyber app (Picture is blank intentionally). From this page, you will find the 3 pieces of information to connect Passly to the RocketCyber SOC. Make sure to <strong>copy</strong> the Subdomain, ID, and Key as shown below:</p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/S3V4F823CERJ/passly-api-info.png" alt="passly-api-info.png" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p>3. <strong>Paste</strong> in your credentials into the RocketCyber console and then click authenticate.</p> <p>4. The final step is to map your customers.
