Kaseya BMS Two-way Ticket Binding - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>RocketCyber</strong> now has two-way ticket binding with <strong>Kaseya BMS</strong>. Each incident ticket created in RocketCyber is also created in Kaseya BMS and the opened/closed status of these are kept in sync.</p> <p><br>This means starting <strong>March 28th, 2022</strong> when an incident is opened in RocketCyber we sync the opened/closed state with Kaseya BMS for seven (7) days. After the seventh day, we stop monitoring the ticket status.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>NOTE</strong>: There may be up to a five (5) minute delay between a change on either side being reflected on the other.</p> </article> </main>
