<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="summary"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></h2> <p>Error loading Exchange or SQL databases</p> <h2 data-id="issue"><strong>ISSUE</strong></h2> <p></p> <h3 data-id="purpose">Purpose</h3> <p>Cannot load Exchange or SQL database information from Rapid Recovery Console (RRC)</p> <h3 data-id="symptoms">Symptoms</h3> <p>In (RRC) when trying to schedule your Exchange or SQL backups you get an error:</p> <p> </p> <h3 data-id="cause">Cause</h3> <p>The IP information for the client is most likely not in the hosts table.</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution</h3> <p>Add host entry to the hosts table for the client.</p> <p>In the RRC go to Configure -> Network -> Hosts; once here select (Add Another Host).</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> </article> </main>
