<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="summary"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></h2> <p>Backup jobs appear stuck after removing cloud storage bucket/container</p> <h2 data-id="issue"><strong>ISSUE</strong></h2> <p><b>Problem</b><br>After deleting a bucket/container on cloud storage the backup jobs appear stuck in a running state.<br><br><b>Resolution</b><br>Perform the following steps to remove the jobs from the presentation appliance: </p> <ol><li>Reboot the engine VBA on which backups are running.</li> <li>Remove the configured cloud storage from the Engine VBA.</li> <li>Create new bucket on cloud storage.</li> <li>Add the cloud storage on engine VBA using above bucket.</li> </ol> </article> </main>
