SelfService: Download facility temporarily unavailable. - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><br>SelfService file-level recovery has the following error message:<br><br>"Download facility temporarily unavailable.<br>Once available, your restored files can be retrieved from the URL <a title="Follow link" href="/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=https%3A%2F%2Fsrc_appliance_ip%2Fdownloads%2F" rel="nofollow noreferrer">https://src_appliance_ip/downloads/</a>.<br>This could take up to an hour."<br><br>– IF the download size is greater than 500 MB, then the restore will not process through the UI.<br><br>Resolution:<br><br>In the UI > Configure > Edit > General Configuration > SelfService, MaxDownloadMB > Set value to the needed value.
