Jul 15 14:57:24 : Unitrends SQL ODBC agent did not found SharePoint. </pre> <h3 data-id="cause">Cause</h3> <p>The BP Service uses an internal URL to identify the Central Administration (CA) web site.</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution<a name="_GoBack" id="_GoBack"></a> </h3> <p> Step 1. Find the internal CA URL<br> Open the SharePoint Central Administration site.<br> For SharePoint 2010/2013: In the System Settings, open <b>Configurealternate access mappings</b>.<br> For SharePoint 2007: In the top navigation bar, click <b>Operations</b>.<br> On the Operations page, in the Global Configuration section, click <b>Alternate access mappings</b>.<br> On the Alternate Access Mappings page, look up the internal URL for the Central Administration site.<br> An example: https:\\servername:13479.<br><br>Step 2.
