<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="summary"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></h2> <p>License Information Not Displayed for all VBAs</p> <h2 data-id="issue"><strong>ISSUE</strong></h2> <p></p> <p>After upgrading license information, in some circumstances, not all PHD Virtual Backup Appliances are displayed within the License Manager. This can be due to an issue with a single PHD VBA, network latency, or a combination of both issues. If you are experiencing not all PHD VBAs appearing in the License Manager, the suggested workaround is to first power down all PHD VBAs then power on each PHD VBA, one at a time, making sure each appears within the License Manager and receives the correct license information.
