Rackspace Mount Failures and Default Regions
When you create a container within Rackspace, it is assigned to a specific default region. If your Rackspace account is not within the same default region as the Rackspace container, you may experience issues when the VBA attempts to mount the storage location.
If you are experiencing mount issues, switching to a container created within the matching region, or switching your default region associated with your account, will resolve the mount issues in most cases. Refer to Rackspace documentation and support for additional details.
