When logging into the support portal site, I receive the error “Forbidden – Invalid authentication token” - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="issue">ISSUE</h2> <p>This error is most commonly seen when privacy blocking is occurring within the browser. </p> <p> </p> <h2 data-id="resolution">RESOLUTION</h2> <p>Update the browser or any privacy blocking extension within the browser to allow "kaseya.zendesk.com". The option may be presented as url redirection or cross-site tracking.</p> <p> </p> <p>For Safari browsers, change these preferences by navigating to Preferences, then click Privacy. Uncheck the "prevent cross-site tracking" option.</p> </article> </main>
