Connect to the AIX server and determine whether there were <a rel="nofollow" href="/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=https%3A%2F%2Funitrends-support.zendesk.com%2Fhc%2Fen-us%2Farticles%2F360013161317">skipped files</a> due to non-UTF-8 or non-ASCII characters. If you find files skipped because of this reason add those to an exclude list for the backup.<br><br>2. Check our <a rel="nofollow" href="https://kaseya.vanillacommunities.com/kb/articles/aliases/unitrends/UnitrendsBackup/s/downloads">downloads page</a> to confirm that you are using our latest AIX agent and update if necessary.<br><br>3. Run a new backup to confirm success.</p> </article> </main>
