<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="summary"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></h2> <p>If you are experiencing issues scheduling jobs and using the Italian time zone, follow these steps on the computer where you are accessing the PHD Console</p> <h2 data-id="issue"><strong>ISSUE</strong></h2> <p></p> <div> <p>If you are experiencing issues when scheduling jobs and using the Italian time zone, follow the steps below on the computer where you are accessing the PHD Console:</p> <ol><li>Open the Windows Control Panel and select Region and Language.</li> <li>Set the format to English (United States).</li> <li>Set the location to United States. Ensure that the time format is set to use 12 hour notation.</li> <li>From the Control Panel, select Date and Time.</li> <li>Select Change time zone.</li> <li>Set the time zone to UTC -5.</li> <li>Open the PHD Console and click Configuration.</li> <li>Set the time zone to America and click Save.</li> <li>Close then reopen the PHD Console.</li> </ol><p>The PHD VBA will now be able to process the time format. Note that this change may take some time to update on the PHD VBA.</p> </div> </article> </main>
