<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="summary"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></h2> <p>Failed to queue: Job profile does not exist</p> <h2 data-id="issue"><strong>ISSUE</strong></h2> <p></p> <h3 data-id="purpose">Purpose</h3> <p>To resolve backup error: Backup failed to run missing backup profile </p> <h3 data-id="applies-to">Applies To</h3> <p>All</p> <h3 data-id="symptoms-description">Symptoms / Description</h3> <p>Backup failed to run with posted error: Failed to queue: Job profile does not exist</p> <h3 data-id="cause">Cause</h3> <p>Profile is missing or corrupt.</p> <h3 data-id="resolution-workaround-execution-process">Resolution / Workaround / Execution Process</h3> <p>From the Current UI, open the Job Manager tab, select the schedule, edit, then resave the schedule.<br><br>From the Job Manager tab open the schedule that posted the error message and save the schedule again. This will generate new profiles for backup types.</p> </article> </main>
