<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="summary"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></h2> <p>You can access the Edit Advanced Settings dialog from the Global tab of the Configure page</p> <h2 data-id="issue"><strong>ISSUE</strong></h2> <p></p> <p>You can access the <strong>Edit Advanced Settings</strong> dialog from the <strong>Global</strong> tab of the <strong>Configure</strong> page.</p> <p>Click <img alt="User-added image" src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/Y0FTMNTRL6AZ/eid-ka01w000000tczj-feoid-00n40000002yvfa-refid-0em40000000mjh9." class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img> to open the dialog.</p> <p>Here you can select how local attached disks should be shared when used as read-only mounts or when Raw Data Access is enabled. It is also possible to select the retention policy to apply to backups that do not have a VM in their inventory (<strong>Orphaned Backup Retention</strong>).
