<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="summary"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></h2> <p>When using agent-based backups, a browser limitation prevents more than 200 files or folders from being displayed.</p> <h2 data-id="issue"><strong>ISSUE</strong></h2> <p>When browsing folders containing more than 200 files or folders, the following information message is displayed: </p> <pre class="code codeBlock" spellcheck="false" tabindex="0"> The folder <folder name> is too large to be fully expanded, so only the first 200 elements are displayed. If you would like to recover files or folders that are not shown here, you should use the "Search Files" button to search for and recover them.</pre> <div><img alt="User-added image" src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/RIKPUEKN2P4T/eid-ka01w000000tckl-feoid-00n40000002yvfa-refid-0em40000000qvcc." class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></div> <h2 data-id="resolution"><strong>RESOLUTION</strong></h2> <p>Use "Search Files" to find the specific file(s) needing to be restored.</p> <h2 data-id="cause"><strong>CAUSE</strong></h2> <p>There is a Java limitation within the HTML 5 browser that limits Unitrends Backup from displaying more than 200 files in a directory.<br><br>Release 9.2 corrects this issue which can be obtained by performing a system upgrade.
