<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="summary"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></h2> <p>How to create additional environments if you have additional hosts you would like to manage.</p> <h2 data-id="issue"><strong>ISSUE</strong></h2> <p></p> <p>You have the option to create additional environments if you have additional hosts you would like to manage.</p> <ol><li>Start by clicking <img alt="add_environment.png" src="https://phdtechsupport.zendesk.com/attachments/token/xzvwqhnbjtoy7ac/?name=add_environment.png" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img> located on the left column of the <strong>Environments</strong> tab.</li> <li>The <strong>Add Hypervisor Environment</strong> dialog window will open.<br><img alt="User-added image" height="251" src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/ZHQBJ9NLP0IE/eid-ka01w000000tcvv-feoid-00n40000002yvfa-refid-0em40000000mefe." width="500" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img><br><br> Enter the following information:<br><br><strong>Friendly Name</strong> - The name you will use to identify the hypervisor environment.<br><br><strong>Server</strong> - The IP address or hostname of the vCenter Server, vSphere Host, or Hyper-V Server.<br><br><strong>User Name</strong> - For Hyper-V, enter the Unitrends user name and password you used when configuring the Hyper-V services. For all other hypervisors, enter your hypervisor administrator credentials.<br><br><strong>Password - </strong>Password associated with your user name or administrator credentials.<br><br><strong>Management Appliance</strong> - The IP address of the Unitrends Virtual Backup Appliance you deployed into your hypervisor environment. The Management Appliance manages inventory and other hypervisor information. <br><br><strong>Note: </strong>One appliance with the Management role is required for each UVB Environment. This cannot be changed.<br> </li> <li>Click <strong>Submit </strong>to finish.</li> </ol><p>The new environment will appear beneath the first environment created in the left column.</p> </article> </main>
