<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="summary"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></h2> <p>Steps to resolve issue where the backup copy could fail following a change in the appliance’s name.</p> <h2 data-id="issue"><strong>ISSUE</strong></h2> <p>If the customer performs backups, then archives, then changes the hostname, it causes the bp.archive_instances table to be incorrect for entries created with the old hostname. This causes subsequent archives to those archive_instances to fail.</p> <h2 data-id="resolution"><strong>RESOLUTION</strong></h2> <p>Upgrade to version 9.1.0 or later of the Unitrends software.</p> <h2 data-id="cause"><strong>CAUSE</strong></h2> <p>A known bug in version 9.0.</p> </article> </main>
