<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="summary"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></h2> <p>Attempts to back up AzMan as a VM may result in errors</p> <h2 data-id="issue"><strong>ISSUE</strong></h2> <p>Attempts to back up AzMan as a VM may result in the following error message: <br><br>CBTDriverError:uvbCbtRemoveVDFromTracking:: 20000022 <CBT_VM_NOT_EXIST><br>CBTDriverError:uvbCbtSnapshotCreationStarted:: 20000022 <CBT_VM_NOT_EXIST><br>Due to previous error, Unitrends agent is not able to use the Hyper-V CBT filter driver during backup job for VM {HOST COMPONENT}: all files will be backed up as full not change blocks.<br><br> </p> <h2 data-id="resolution"><strong>RESOLUTION</strong></h2> <p>To resolve this issue, upgrade your protected assets to version 10.0.0-3 of the Windows agent. <br><br>In previous agent versions, when AzMan was backed up, the agent would log an error message in the windows event log, even though it successfully backed up AzMan. In 10.0.0-3, AzMan is successfully backed up without logging an error message in the windows event log.</p> </article> </main>
