<main> <article class="userContent"> <p>Unitrends agents on the Unitrends support <a href="https://kaseya.vanillacommunities.com/kb/articles/aliases/unitrends/hc/en-us/articles/360013245117-Downloads" rel="noopener nofollow">Downloads</a> page are always the latest version available. If an older version is required, it can be found on the Unitrends S3 agent repository.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Navigate to <a rel="nofollow" href="/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=https%3A%2F%2Fbpagent.s3.amazonaws.com%2F">https://bpagent.s3.amazonaws.com/</a>.</p> <p>2. Search for the version required.</p> <p>Example output for the "10.5.4" 64-bit Windows agent:</p> <pre class="code codeBlock" spellcheck="false" tabindex="0"><Key>windows-agent/10.5.4/Unitrends_Agentx64.msi</Key><br><LastModified>2021-07-06T17:26:55.000Z</LastModified><br><ETag>"af5574019083b8b653b9843c1cda68f9-8"</ETag><br><Size>66076672</Size></pre> <p> </p> <p>3. Please close attention to the key identifier fields, such as the operating system, software version and the architecture.</p> <p>Ex: <Key><strong>windows</strong>-agent/<strong>10.5.4</strong>/Unitrends_Agentx<strong>64</strong>.msi</Key></p> <p> </p> <p>4. Once the correct version is identified, add the file path to the end of the url as shown below.</p> <p><a rel="nofollow" href="/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=https%3A%2F%2Fbpagent.s3.amazonaws.com%2Fwindows-agent%2F10.5.4%2FUnitrends_Agentx64.msi">https://bpagent.s3.amazonaws.com/<strong>windows</strong>-agent/<strong>10.5.4</strong>/Unitrends_Agentx<strong>64</strong>.msi</a></p> <p>5. Now enter the url into your browser and download the required agent.</p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/V9XGYZ3PAJJQ/mceclip0.png" alt="mceclip0.png" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p> </p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/FRWKAXHTDCM8/mceclip0.png" alt="mceclip0.png" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> </article> </main>
